I am Vidhya Sree, and it is a privilege to be part of GEMS Winchester School. I hold a master’s degree in mathematics and have more than 14 years of teaching experience.

Teaching is my passion, and I am committed to making mathematics meaningful, engaging, and accessible to every learner. I enjoy creating differentiated learning experiences and exploring innovative teaching approaches that help students appreciate the beauty of mathematics and apply their knowledge confidently to real-life situations.

I believe every student is unique, with individual strengths, abilities, and ways of learning. With the right balance of challenge, encouragement, and support, every student can grow in confidence and reach their full potential.

My ten-year journey at WSA has been both enriching and transformative. The experiences, opportunities, and professional learning offered by this inspiring school community have shaped me as an educator and supported my growth as a middle leader. They have empowered me to embrace leadership with confidence, commitment, and pride.

I aim to create an inclusive, collaborative, and stimulating environment where students feel valued and take ownership of their learning. Ultimately, I hope to nurture curious, resilient, and accomplished learners who are equipped with the skills and confidence to embrace challenges and adapt successfully throughout their lives.
