Marivic E. Hibaya

Ms. Marivic is a dedicated and experienced educator with nearly a decade of teaching experience in the Philippines and the UAE. Throughout her career, she has taught English, Language, and Moral Education across different year groups. She has also served as an English Subject Leader, supporting curriculum development and high-quality teaching and learning.

A Licensed Professional Teacher from the Philippines with a Bachelor of Secondary Education, majoring in English, Ms. Marivic is passionate about creating engaging and inclusive learning experiences. She encourages students to develop their confidence, creativity, communication, and critical-thinking skills while supporting them in achieving their academic goals.

As Head of Year 7, Ms. Marivic oversees the academic progress, behaviour, attendance, wellbeing, and pastoral development of the year group. She works closely with students, families, teachers, and school leaders to ensure that every learner feels safe, heard, respected, and supported. Through positive relationships and clear expectations, she promotes responsibility, resilience, and a strong sense of belonging within the school community.

Ms. Marivic is committed to continuous professional development and to providing students with meaningful opportunities to grow academically, socially, and emotionally. She is proud to support the school community and aims to help every student become a confident, responsible, and successful individual.
