Carl Holdaway

Carl Holdaway has been in education for 17 years in the UK. He has been privileged to work in both the state and private sectors during this time gaining valuable insight into different approaches to teaching and learning. He started as a classroom teacher in Engineering and Technology, being promoted to Director of Vocational Qualifications and Health & Safety officer.

Due to living abroad at a young age, he has always embraced travel and different cultures. This has lead him wanting to share his passion for education in an international environment. He has been with GEMS Winchester for 2 years and has enjoyed forging working relationships with our students, staff and parents; striving to ‘Be the Best we Can’
