Smita Damaniya

Smita Damaniya has been a valued member of GEMS Winchester School, Abu Dhabi since 2015. After spending 10 years teaching the Primary classes in India, she was excited to expand her role at WSA, first as Year 3 homeroom teacher and now as Head of Year 4. Together with a team of amazing and creative teachers, she is committed to providing a loving and developmentally sound foundation for a lifetime of learning. She is passionate about teaching and finds joy in witnessing a child learn something new; knowing a teachers is a main influence in their doing so. She believes that the impact we as teachers make in a child’s life makes for an even bigger and completely gratifying impact in our own life.
